This nest box is specifically designed for modern large-scale floor rearing breeder and layer farms, offering a comfortable, safe, and hygienic dark environment that respects the natural laying instincts of hens. The optimized structure and materials significantly reduce the incidence of dirty eggs, floor eggs, and cracks, simplifying egg collection and cleaning.

Key Features & Advantages

• Durable & Hygienic Materials: Main body is constructed from 0.5mm high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel (275g/m² zinc coating), premium waterproof wooden panels, or high-strength plastic. It offers excellent corrosion and aging resistance, ensuring a service life of over 10 years in humid poultry house environments.

• High Capacity & Efficiency: A double-deck design features nest cavities that are 40mm higher and wider than standard sizes. Available in 12 or 24 compartments; a single 24-compartment unit can accommodate up to 96 hens.

• Anti-Perching & Ventilation: Includes anti-perching rods on the top to keep the nest surface clean. Ventilation holes on both sides ensure excellent airflow, providing a natural, cool-in-summer and warm-in-winter laying environment.

• Components: The base is made from modified PP plastic or galvanized steel for durability and easy installation. The perch features smooth, corrosion-resistant wood without sharp edges. Optional soft artificial turf pads are available for enhanced comfort.

• Installation & Future Upgrades: Adaptable to any house design and easy to install. The nest can also be converted to an automatic egg collection system in the future, enabling further automation upgrades.
